With 50 years of experience training and teaching in the martial arts, Di Meglio Shihan is a master of the highest calibre.
As president of YKKF International since 2001, he has travelled around the globe sharing his vast knowledge of traditional Japanese martial arts to thousands of students and teachers. His dedicated study of Karate, Jujutsu and Iaido allows him to connect with students of any style and provide powerful insights about the practice of true martial arts.
His infectious energy and charismatic delivery energises and inspires students with a lasting impact.

We have also organised a coach trip to Windsor which includes entrance to the famous castle, residency of the queen and a fabulous sayonara party to end it all.

We are planning a trip to Windsor Castle on the Friday morning and hope you can join us. The Sayonara party will be held on the Saturday evening
The training venue is just two minutes walk away from Winnersh railway station.
It is also just a five minute walk away from a large supermarket.
There are three major hotels 1.5 miles away from the training venue at Winnersh Triangle which also has a railway station just one stop away from Winnersh railway station.

Getting to the training venue:
If you are driving there will be parking available at the training venue.
The nearest railway station is Winnersh, just 2 minutes walk from the training venue.
From Gatwick airport take the train to Wokingham and change there for a train to Winnersh.
From Heathrow airport there are a number of options.
- Take a local bus to West Drayton railway station or to Hayes & Harlington railway station and then take the train to Reading and then change onto a train to Winnersh.
- Take a local bus from Hatton Cross to Feltham railway station and take a train from there to Winnersh.
- Take the RailAir coach to Reading railway station and then take the train to Winnersh. RailAir return tickets are available and booking online is the cheaper.
Getting to the training venue from the recommended hotels is easy.
Walking: The venue will take about 15 minutes to walk to along a pedestrian pavement.
Driving: Free parking is available at the venue.
Bus: The number 4 and X4 buses run along the main road to the venue.
Train: A train runs between Winnersh Triangle station and Winnersh station.
